Blue Heron Farm, Millersburg, IN. Blue Heron farm is an ongoing experiment in sustainable agriculture growing a wide variety of vegetables and some fruits. We focus on unique and tasty varieties that we market at the Millrace Center Farmers Market in Goshen as well as several fine dining establishments in the Michiana area.


White Yarrow Farm, Marcellus, MI. beachynick@earthlink.net, 269-646-2574. This 4rd season of our CSA is providing weekly fresh vegetables and cut flowers for ~18 weeks of the growing season to 55 families. Pastured poultry is also available.  We sell vegetables and cut flowers at the Goshen Farmers' Market. Our market garden is ~4 acres. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides have been used for over 9 yrs. We use cover crops, natural minerals, compost and animal manure to improve the soil.

The Little Red Hen Farm- Lori Evesque & family will be selling organic herbs, fresh and dried, seeds (heirloom tomatoes, beans, and others), maple syrup, and other goods. Lori will also have information about using natural fermentation methods for preserving vegetables. lorievesque@comcast.net

Eater's Guild, Bangor, MI. Eaters' Guild is a diverse vegetable and fruit farm operated on land that has been certified organic for over thirty years. We grow vegetables, flowers and small fruits for our CSA members, restaurants, farmers markets and retail stores. Our aim is to discover what we can eat year-round from these soils and clime. Bluedog Greens, Bangor, MI. We grow a wide variety of vegetables specializing in greens and flowers which we sell at several farmer's markets and stores in the SW MI area.

TANSTAAFL Farmstead is a family farm localed on the bottom lands of the Paw Paw River in SW Michigan. We are a diversified operation with pastured goats and sheep, vegetables in season, and honey and bee supplies. Products from the hive are our speciality. We have raw,unfiltered local wildflower honey. In our quest to avoid chemical medications in the hive, we raise queen bees to rebuild the hives that we lose to mites.
